摘要：文化是一个国家、一个民族的灵魂。文化兴国运兴，文化强民族强。没有高度的文化自信，没有文化的 繁荣兴盛，就没有中华民族的伟大复兴。文化更是一个民族的脊梁和灵魂，它铸造着 国家和民族的心灵和品格，一个民族有了文化自信，才能立于世界民族之林;人民有了信仰，国家才有力量，民族才有希望。而文化自信是促成这些目标的至关重要的因素。

龚群卫，籍贯于四川眉山，号瓦屋山人、一真堂，中央国家机关书法家协会会员，中国书画家联谊会会员，北京书法家协会会员，国家一级书法师，中国传统文化促进会理事，北京儒学文化促进会理事…

1989年服役于武警北京部队，自幼在家乡和部队研习晋唐书法，40年笔耕不断，写春联送福下乡作品受到方家称赞和千家万户喜爱，曾多次参加所在部队及其他单位舉辦的全国大型書画展览。2021年六月下旬被中国书画家协会邀请参加将军和书画名家庆祝中国共产党建党百年书画交流会，2021年应邀参加民族脊梁.时代先锋贺中国共产党百年华诞大型笔会，作品被数十家媒体公告及上百家媒体转载、作品被中华英才刊录、华夏艺术收藏巡展、人民艺术家网邀展、中国书法报约展、被红军会师源会宁纪念馆收藏、白银市五中收藏等。2023年12月受邀【北京机场艺术品牌代言】作品行草书【念奴娇·赤壁怀古】巡展，2023年12月应邀参加【釉上星彩地面瓷绘集群展示暨水立方书画展】。
