摘要：文化是一个国家、一个民族的灵魂。文化兴国运兴，文化强民族强。没有高度的文化自信，没有文化的 繁荣兴盛，就没有中华民族的伟大复兴。文化更是一个民族的脊梁和灵魂，它铸造着 国家和民族的心灵和品格，一个民族有了文化自信，才能立于世界民族之林;人民有了信仰，国家才有力量，民族才有希望。而文化自信是促成这些目标的至关重要的因素。

王玉峰，男，蒙古族，中共党员，1967年出生于内蒙古自治区兴安盟科尔沁右翼前旗普通家庭，1991年7月毕业于内蒙古师范大学数学系。现在甘肃省酒泉市肃北蒙古族自治县工作。从事党政多部门单位担任过领导职务，目前是县处级干部。《水重复利用系统》新型实用技术国家专利获得者。从小受父亲影响酷爱书画，硬笔，软笔皆有临习，先后报名及象书画院和千尺书画院系统学习深造，通过不断拜师求学，授予陈墨、杜玉广、林生、墨宇、方圆、陈力等院长和教授的得力门生，成为书法名家邹贵生先生的门徒。临习篆、隶、草、行、揩五体书贴，为以后走向书法的路夯实基础。

2023年“神州诗词会”诗词大赛和2024年“湘江翰宸文学奖”全国诗词大赛获奖，多次参加全国、省、市、县主办的书法大赛并获奖，《禄马盛腾》、《鸣沙清泉》、《精气神》等书法作品获奖并由国内外友好人士收藏。

多年来，一直热衷于公益事业，给贫困地区和受灾地区募捐，多次参加“科技、文化、卫生”三下乡活动，义务写春联、送温暖。并受到社会各界人士的好评。

现在是市县书协会员，中艺星光平台高级会员，中艺星光私塾区域代理，中艺星光私塾先生，美育中国美育教育管理中心校外辅导员，塞外画派北京书画院高级会员，北京文徵明书画院高级会员，山西军融红色书画家委员会政治部副主任，实力派书画家。

Wang Yufeng, male, Mongolian, member of the Communist Party of China, was born in an ordinary family in Horqin Right Wing Front Banner, Xingan League, Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region in 1967. Influenced by his father since childhood, he loves calligraphy and painting, hard pen, soft pen are on the practice, and has signed up for further study in the calligraphy and painting Academy and Qianchi Calligraphy and Painting Academy system, through continuous learning, awarded Chen Mo, Du Yuguang, Lin Sheng, Mo Yu, Fangyuan, Chen Li and other dean and professor's right protege, to become the disciple of Mr. Zou Guisheng, a famous calligrapher.
