1949年12月生

笔名：诚实

籍贯:四川隆昌市，1968年3月至2010年先后在部队，四川省绵阳市安州区环境保护局副局长(副处级);

1970年3月被部队评为出席成都军区积极分子。

1979年2月参加对越自卫还击作战。

2021年第一批荣获“光荣在党五十年纪念章。

现为国家一级美术师，国礼艺术家，中国通俗文艺研究会理事。中国通俗文艺研究会书画艺术委员会专家委员。

中国通俗文艺研究会优秀艺术家刘忠礼工作室。中国东方文化研究会美术研究员。中国老年书画研究会艺术委员会委员。重庆市老年书画研究会会员。

2021年被中国老年书画研究会评为优秀会员。

2019年5月创作的扇面“清气满乾坤”被选入“风景这边独好”——纪念中国老年书画研究会35周年精品展览。作品编入 《2019年中国老年书画年鉴》。

2020年8月创作的扇面“兰为王者香，芬馥笔墨里”被选编入《逆行中我们风雨共担——网络书画艺术展作品集》。

2021年8月创作的4尺整纸“高风亮节、浩然正气”，百年筑辉煌共圆中国梦、庆祝中国共产党成立100周年中国老年书画研究会全国优秀书画作品展览，其作品选刊在中国老年书画报第八期第三版。

2022年8月创作的四尺整纸白梅《傲骨清寒》、竹子《高风亮节》作品特邀参加纪念焦裕禄诞辰100周年，由焦裕禄纪念馆收藏

2022年10月：作品扇面《梅兰竹菊》32cmx64cm参加由世界华人华桥艺术家联合会、北京笔墨缘，中国兰亭翰墨杯，新时代人民艺术网作品展荣获金奖，中国兰亭德艺双馨艺术家。作品编入《喜迎党的二十大胜利召开暨中国兰亭翰墨杯全国诗词书画摄影作品集》。

2023年4月，被特聘为中国著名品牌《笔墨情缘》文化艺术名家书画院总院副院长，院士，实力派画家。五一参加中国著名品牌“笔墨情缘”文化艺术名家线上作品展荣获“丹青巨匠”,“五一”劳动模范称号。

2023年先后出版了刘忠礼书画选集，由中国邮政局出版的《荣耀中国》珍藏邮册.《中国绘画全集》《翰墨华章》《大道同行》《投资与参考》《中國收藏》等。

2024年1月，出版《大家风范——中国艺坛名家雅集》。

2024年6月，入编外文出版社出版发行《从北京到巴黎—-中法艺术家奥林匹克名家名作》。

2024年4月，五星出东方——世界著名艺术院校特邀学术交流，作品《花中气节最高坚》被德国柏林艺术大学永久收藏，作品《清香溢远》被罗马美术学院永久收藏。

2024年7月29日受中央新影中学美育视界栏目组，特邀在北京国家会议中心参加搜星中国国庆文艺晚会，并受聘于中央新影中学生栏目艺术指导。

2024年8月中法建交60周年之际，被法国当代艺术学院授予“法中文化大使”荣誉称号，促进了中国与法国两国之间的文化交流（并授予中国当代最杰出的艺术巨匠）
