姚继成，男，1956年6月生于中国江西南昌，1990年留学日本，1993年留学美国。美国纽约城市大学油画硕士、美术博士。现任全球艺术家联盟主席，纽约江西协进会董事长。清华大学美术学院客座教授，中央美术学院客座教授，香港中文大学特聘客座教授。中国厦门大学、江西师范大学客座教授、江西科技师范大学美术硕士研究生导师。1997年1月，卓越成就列入英国剑桥国际传记中心。2008年获得美国最高荣誉奖"爱丽斯岛奖”。2011年被联合国授予“文化和平大使"。2023年9月，俄罗斯艺术学院特聘教授。

2023年12月，英国皇家艺术研究院荣誉院士。

 

 

姚继成先生自12岁起开始学习绘画，具有极高的艺术天赋。在日本留学期间，绘画作品获过“最佳奖"、"特别奖"、”优秀留学生勋章”等。艺术历程国画、油画作品在全球各种美术展览举办了70 多次，作品被联合国及10多个国家博物馆，美国的小布什、希拉里等9个国家的政要及170位世界名人收藏。单幅作品在美国多次创造20万美元的拍卖价。事迹被联合国电视台、中国中央电视台、美国网络电视、美国中文电视台、美国华语电视台、中国香港凤凰卫视、江西卫视电视台、 中国台湾东森电视台、美国《时代杂志》、《世界日报》、《侨报》、《明报》、《俄罗斯报》、中国《工人日报》、 《中华英才》杂志、 《环球》杂志、“名家”杂志、日本《朝日新闻》、 中国新华网、人民网等全球200多家媒体报道。

 

2020年12月，姚继成先生以艺术之名，致敬经典，传承中国书画文化，组织全球艺术家们积极参加弘扬艺术文化活动，被誉为传承文化人物，新时代艺术领军人物。

 

2021年作品《影响中国的握手》、《老子过关图》、《长城》被博物饱、人民大会堂管理局、中国美术馆等单位收藏。

 

2022年在北京传世水墨拍卖有限公司成功拍出作品《碧栗花》1001000元人民币成交，《远》650000元人民币成交、《橄榄树下》 11000000元人民币成交。

 

2022年作品《有朋自远方来》在苏富比文化艺术中心大中华拍卖部以1.7亿元人民币成功拍出，打破了有史以来的最高纪录。

 

2022年8月12日油画作品《共产之舟》在苏富比文化艺术中心大中华拍卖部以2亿元人民币成交。

 

2022年9月30日油画作品《和平之星》在苏富比拍卖以2.8亿元人民币成交。

拍卖行的工作人员表示:通过了解姚老师的许多作品，说姚老师的作品是美术绘画界的“爱迪生”，他的作品很有创意，有理念、有格局。不是 一般的照搬现实，是经过深思熟虑构思巧妙的产物，像爱迪生那样在绘画中搞创造、搞发明。他的作品之所以连续创造出天价，说明人们有这种共识，体现了文化艺术领域推崇希望有创新作品需求和愿望。在美术绘画中，树立了一个中国“创造”而不是中国“制造”的范例。

Yao Jicheng, male, was born in Nanchang, Jiangxi Province, China in June 1956. He studied in Japan in 1990 and in the United States in 1993. Master of Oil painting, Doctor of Fine Arts, City University of New York. He is currently the chairman of the Global Artists League and the chairman of the Jiangxi Association of New York. Visiting Professor of School of Fine Arts, Tsinghua University, Visiting Professor of Central Academy of Fine Arts, Special visiting Professor of the Chinese University of Hong Kong. Visiting professor of Xiamen University, Jiangxi Normal University, Tutor of Master of Fine Arts of Jiangxi Science and Technology Normal University. In January 1997, his outstanding achievements were listed in the International Biography Centre in Cambridge, UK. In 2008, he received the Alice Island Award, the highest honor in the United States. In 2011, he was named a "Cultural Peace Ambassador" by the United Nations. September 2023, Distinguished Professor at the Russian Academy of Arts. December 2023, Honorary Fellow of the Royal Academy of Arts. Mr. Yao Jicheng began to learn painting at the age of 12 and has a high artistic talent. While studying in Japan, his paintings won the "Best Award", "Special Award", "Outstanding Student Medal" and so on. Chinese painting and oil painting works have been held in various art exhibitions around the world for more than 70 times, and their works have been collected by the United Nations and more than 10 national museums, as well as political figures from 9 countries such as George W. Bush and Hillary Clinton in the United States and 170 world celebrities. A single work has been auctioned for $200,000 in the United States several times. It was reported by more than 200 media outlets around the world, including "Chinese Talent" magazine, "Global" magazine, "Celebrity" magazine, Japan's "Asahi Shimbun", China's Xinhuanet.com and People's Daily Online. In December 2020, in the name of art, Mr. Yao Jicheng paid tribute to the classics, inherited Chinese painting and calligraphy culture, organized global artists to actively participate in the promotion of art and culture activities, and was known as a cultural heritage figure and a leader in the art of the new era. In 2021, his works "The Handshake affecting China", "Laozi Passing Through the Border" and "The Great Wall" are collected by museums, the Administration of the Great Hall of the People, the National Art Museum of China and other units. In 2022, in Beijing Chuanshi Ink Auction Co., LTD., the works "Blue Chestnut Flower" was successfully sold for 1001,000 yuan, "Far" was sold for 650,000 yuan, and "Under the Olive Tree" was sold for 11 million yuan. In 2022, A Friend Comes from Afar was successfully sold at the Greater China Auction Department of Sotheby's Culture and Art Center for 170 million yuan, breaking the highest record ever. The staff of the auction house said: through understanding many of Mr. Yao's works, he said that Mr. Yao's works are the "Edison" of fine art painting, and his works are very creative, with ideas and patterns. It is not a general copy of reality, but a product of thoughtful and ingenious thinking, like Edison, who creates and invents in painting. The reason why his works have continuously created sky-high prices shows that people have this consensus, reflecting the need and desire for innovative works in the field of culture and art. 《橄榄树下生态图》是姚继成2024年的作品，作品的构思非常巧妙，运用国宝动物万物共生，以及了解世界各国的文化特色。世界上每个国家都有自己国家的国宝动物，这些国宝动物有的是他们国家所特有的，有的是国家的精神信仰。如中国的大熊猫，是中国特有的物种，也是中国文化的象征之一，已在地球上生存了至少800万年，被誉为“活化石”和“中国国宝”，是世界自然基金会的形象大使，是世界生物多样性保护的旗舰物种。美国的国宝白头鹰，俄罗斯的国宝北极熊，印度的国宝孟加拉虎，朝鲜的国宝丰山犬，韩国的国宝韩国虎等。
