摘要：文化是一个国家、一个民族的灵魂。文化兴国运兴，文化强民族强。没有高度的文化自信，没有文化的 繁荣兴盛，就没有中华民族的伟大复兴。文化更是一个民族的脊梁和灵魂，它铸造着 国家和民族的心灵和品格，一个民族有了文化自信，才能立于世界民族之林;人民有了信仰，国家才有力量，民族才有希望。而文化自信是促成这些目标的至关重要的因素。

Abstract: Culture is the soul of a country and a nation. Culture invigorates the country, and culture strengthens the nation. Without a high degree of cultural confidence, without the prosperity of culture, there will be no great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation. Culture is the backbone and soul of a nation. It casts the heart and character of a nation and a nation. 余新志,著名学者、书画大家,1941 年农历 9 月 15 日生于四川乐山,现居北京。成吉思汗黄金家族后裔。现中国沫若书画院终身院长,国家一级美术师,中国国礼艺术大师,中国陶行知教育基金会艺术总监、艺术委员会副主席,香港文联副主席,中原书画院高级艺术顾问, 英国皇家艺术研究院院士、教授,中国诗书画院名誉院长,中国历史博物馆艺术委会员委员,兰州大学、西南交通大学美术教授,中国海峡两岸书画名家联谊会副主席等职。2021 年被评为《艺术百年:新中国十大巅峰艺术家》。

Yu Xinzhi, a famous scholar and master of calligraphy and painting, was born in Leshan, Sichuan Province on September 15,1941, and now lives in Beijing. A descendant of the golden family of Genghis Khan. Currently, life director of China Mo-Ruo Painting and Calligraphy Academy, national first-class artist, Master of Chinese National Art, Art Director of China Tao Xingzhi Education Foundation, Vice Chairman of Art Committee, Vice Chairman of Hong Kong Federation of Arts, Senior art consultant of Central China Painting and Calligraphy Academy, Academician and professor of the Royal Academy of Arts, Honorary President of the Chinese Academy of Poetry, Books and Paintings, member of the Art Committee of the Chinese History Museum, professor of fine arts of Lanzhou University and Southwest Jiaotong University, Vice Chairman of the Chinese Cross-Straits Painting and Calligraphy Association. In 2021, he was named "Art Century: Ten Top Artists of New China".
